Ea I need answer why am I banned

I need answer ea why am I banned and I pay 120 some dollars and didn’t even cheat or hack or use zen I made multiple discussions with multiple clips​ ​​​​  i have clips and video down below I made a appeal 3 days ago and I haven’t heard nothing back I’m just tryna get a understanding . I was told I was going to get pointed to the right direction and I still haven’t heard anything back yet. It’s been more than 48 hours.
