Hello EA Team,

Since the latest Battlefield 6 update, I have been experiencing a recurring issue on Xbox One S.

Platform: Xbox One S
Game: Battlefield 6
Mode: Multiplayer

Error message:

“Undefined Error”

Error Code:
0:89001S:7C:-1356 1655840

The game launches normally, and I can join multiplayer matches. However, after playing for a while, I get kicked out of the match and receive the “Undefined Error” message with the code above.

Troubleshooting already completed:

• NAT Type: Open
• UPnP: Enabled
• Stable internet connection
• Changed DNS (Cloudflare and Google tested)
• Restarted console and router
• Wi-Fi signal improved
• Xbox services remain connected when the error occurs

The issue does not appear to be caused by my home network.

I have also noticed that multiple Xbox players are experiencing the same problem after the latest update, while players on other platforms don’t seem to be affected in the same way.

Could the development team please investigate whether this is a known issue with the Xbox version?

can't log into the gama, how to solve this issue

As title says can't log in because of undefined error 0:89001s:13c:-13561655840, before this my rerolls where missing. Not like it said zero rerolls, but the whole UI part where rerolls shows where missing. Verified files in steam, 3 files corrupt or missing, they got downloaded, but rerolls section of UI is still missing.

Started a match, played through it, wen't back to main menu after round was over but got black screen bug. Alt-F4'ed and now i get this error and can't log in.

I’m getting the same error on my PS5. Was playing fine last night around midnight now keeps coming up with this error. It randomly shoved me in a queue with 300 people then kicked me from the queue. This is **bleep**.

Hello,

Since yesterday I am unable to play BF6. I am getting error like in the attachment down below. I have tried everything, changing DNS, clearing cache in EA app, fixing files on Steam, reainstalling the game (yes i have resetted my network and everything) 
Right now game is unplayable and I had no issues before. Game was preordered a year ago.

Is this the official BF6 forum? Do developers actually see our messages or are we just wasting our time posting here?

It's now 2 days in a row that I cannot log on and play. WTF is going on? I've uninstalled and reinstalled it a couple of times already
