Hello EA Team,

Since the latest Battlefield 6 update, I have been experiencing a recurring issue on Xbox One S.

Platform: Xbox One S
Game: Battlefield 6
Mode: Multiplayer

Error message:

“Undefined Error”

Error Code:
0:89001S:7C:-1356 1655840

The game launches normally, and I can join multiplayer matches. However, after playing for a while, I get kicked out of the match and receive the “Undefined Error” message with the code above.

Troubleshooting already completed:

• NAT Type: Open
• UPnP: Enabled
• Stable internet connection
• Changed DNS (Cloudflare and Google tested)
• Restarted console and router
• Wi-Fi signal improved
• Xbox services remain connected when the error occurs

The issue does not appear to be caused by my home network.

I have also noticed that multiple Xbox players are experiencing the same problem after the latest update, while players on other platforms don’t seem to be affected in the same way.

Could the development team please investigate whether this is a known issue with the Xbox version?
