Error code 1:85009S

My brother bought the game, and we have our own separate psn accounts and we game share, but we bought our own versions of the game, but every time we log into play it logs the other person out and what’s more odd is that it is sharing our progression even though we have separate accounts? We just wanted to be able to play together at the same time, online and it keeps logging the other person off when one of us gets on, we disabled game sharing we disconnected our PlayStations from one another yet we still have this issue? Someone help

We even tired to link our ea accounts to our psn accounts from the ea website and still nothing but errors

Same error code 1-850O9s here when trying to game share on Xbox. Also had an error when first playing on Friday at launch.

EA_Shepard​ please give an update on this Error Code 1:85009S. Why are the players are being left to fend for themselves sifting through the internet scouring hundreds of reddit and/or forum threads looking for a solution, making changes to their hardware/software without knowing the consequences just to fix a problem they shouldn't be having in the first place.

This being unacceptable is putting it lightly since the first thing a finished product is expected to do is at least WORK. At the very least please show us any form of transparency that you guys are even aware of this and are working on getting it fixed.

Same issue for me. Happened after updating profile name on Steam/EA and haven't been able to get into a game since. EA says no issues they can see for my account.

It's been 2 ingame hours since I installed the game, I haven't been able to see the end of a single game. I get randomly kicked out of every single game, with an "unknow error" QR code (1-85009S) then the game has to reconnect to the server. It's an unending loop, 70€ for this, i'm kinda pissed now. Please help !

Anybody happened to fix it somehow?

I had the same problem when I went through the company, I didn't have it. As soon as I went to play multiplayer, it appears every 5 minutes, I have already tried all the solutions to the problem that are web, turned off all usb ports, changed the DNS server and bought exitlag, even it did not help me in this situation. Most likely, there is still a problem on the part of EA servers.
