(10/17/2025, 5:34:49 PM): As you can see on the history, each time I contacted support, they ended up saying there is an issue and we are working on it. This issue has been happening since the beta...people reported a month ago during the beta, and it was not fixed on release. Now the forum is full of people that can't play the game, it has been a week after release and it still has not been fixed and not even announced on Twitter.
The CM that replied on the post on EA forum. stopped replying 5 days ago. not even a comment "we are still looking into it, etc"

(10/17/2025, 5:37:44 PM): people are angry not only because it has been a month after the beta, and a week after release and still it has not been fixed, but because of the lack of updates we received.
on twitter they post about issues in game, we are working on it etc...but not a single mention about this issue

But we need a post on twitter or on the web knowing the devs are looking into it seriously. Not a CM that asks for some files, and then disappears for a week without a single udpate.
(10/17/2025, 5:42:20 PM): I know it is not your fault, I also work in CS and it sucks to have this kind of tickets, but I hope you understand that we paid 70 usd for something we can't play, some people (me included) took days off to play on release, which sucks because we could not.
