First, I know this is not your fault and this is just your job, sorry you have to deal with this, but I'm tired of waiting and also from EA (Battlefield team) ignoring us by not announcing the issue. It annoys me to see how they are making announcements such as "we are removing tickets, adding tickets to conquest" but do not make an announcement about an issue on their ends which is affecting thousands of people who can't play the game. I guess this time they don't know if they will be able to fix it so it is better not announcing it.
So I tried to get a refund from Steam, but it was declined since I "played" more than 2 hours, I did not play...I was all the time trying different things to make this game work. I need EA to issue a refund or contact Steam to authorize a refund on my purchase. I do not want to hear "we will create a ticket, we are working on it"...no, I want my money, I've had enough.
If you fix it, I will buy it again, but at this moment, EA has my money and I have nothing, and they can't tell me if the issue will be fixed or when.

(10/19/2025, 1:39:03 PM): I understand this, but I paid to play on the 10th, I even pre ordered the game, and I did not get to play on the 10th, and today is 19th (japan) and I still can't play....EA is working on it? wonderful, but they can't tell me if this will fix it this month, next month, or next year. If they announce the issue on X or on the website, I would wait without being worried, but since they are not announcing it for some reason that nobody knows....I'm done with waiting for a fix

Also, I do not want to give you any false commitment on that by giving you any exact time frame. I really do not want to keep you in the wrong believe. If I have any official information about timeframe then I will definately share it to you. All I can inform you is the issue is currently under investigation .
