I cannot play battlefield 6 for longer than 5 minutes without being disconnected with Error code 85009S.
Here's what I have tried:
- Enabling Secureboot and TPM 2.0
- flush DNS
- Setting google DNS server 8.8.8.8
- Not using VPN
- Tried allowing BF6 through Public and Private Firewalls
- Turning off my firewalls altogether
- Uninstalling and deleting all trace of other Kernel Anti-Cheats (Valorant, FACEIT, ect.)
- Running the Game as Administrator
- Uninstalling / Reinstalling the game
- Verifying Integrity of Game Files
- Release/Renew IP
- Disable IPv6
- Uninstalling all antivirus software
Yet none of the EA tickets I submit actually go anywhere, they just keep directing me to the same articles about issues with downloading the game (??) They say to try contacting an EA Support Advisor but i cant for the love of all thats holy find a way to do that.
I am not going to keep trying to resolve this because Ive sunk too much time into it already not to mention the insane amount of changes ive made to my PC.
If anyone has any further suggestions im all ears and if EA has any intention of fixing this let me know but for now im just gonna get a refund and chalk it up to the ineptitude / apathy of the devs.
If anyone else has this issue and cant get it resolved, remember to get your refund before spending 2 hours in-game.
