Hello ,
First off, game was working fine, but I noticed I redeemed on my wrong old account. So I asked EA, hey can we merge those accounts, they said sure.
Then after they merged, BF6 did not appear on the main account, and stopped working on the old account, now they have no idea what to do and in the chat they just tell me to wait.
Everytime I try to enter game after queue I get: unidentified error code: 1:86001S:89001S
-No troubleshooting/vpn/different pc/5G/wifi/lan helped resolves this.Has anyone else had that? Is this regular business practices to not take responsibility for your own actions? Like they can 100 ways to resolve this but they still fail to do so.
What do I do now ???

Look how they mark the chat, "no fix available" - When they are the ones who messed it up. They just closed the chat on me and say "No fix" - What a joke .

Well I did have like 30 cases past few days. You need to open a case in support, then hope they will respond then, hopefully you can connect to chat when they reply.
I assume if you open a case for an issue they are familiar with they just ignore you.Don't expect too much, they basically told me they will have someone look at it but they can't help me now, so i should post about it in the forums, then closed the chat.

Ill try again shortly but I did try to open a case yesterday and just got given links to self help myself and it never actually opened a ticket

Resolved! - After about 25 chats with different customer support reps, I was transferred to one that was able to "try one thing" it was to put the BF6 back in the original account, which solved it!
Now I hope they can help with merging / transfering into my main account but I will wait for the future when it's less fresh and buggy.

I just spoke with EA about the issue, They confirmed its a global issue and are working on, they added my account to the growing list of effected users. I also asked about ppl who have been banned in there attempts to fix it. They know about that too and will be resolving those issue too once they fix the core issue.

So has that allowed u to play bf6 now without the error?

Yes but my main repeating error was slightly different I suppose, but I got a variation of them,
My error was : 1:86001S:89001S

So were u encountering that after playing for a short amount of time? With me its i can get into the game no problem but after I play for 10mins the error kicks me back to the main menu and I have to restart. If u are now able to play with no issues then I might have to do what u did.
