Any one have any new info or updates? I have contacted EA support chat three different times, and unfortunately get three different answers. Really seems like no one at EA knows what is going on.

I did notice when I first launched Season 1 on my sons console under my account, it asked me to confirm a tick box to enable marketing emails (or something along them lines). As child EA accounts are not linked to a true email address, my gut says this is where and why the game craps out when a child account launches it. If It is this (or something similar) it's just a case of getting EA to acknowledge it and patch it - the more of us who submit support tickets the better.

every ticket that I submit they close due to them not having a solution to the issue. It is very frustrating
