I had to check the screen names on these posts because they sound 100% exactly like my issue! I was able to play, but my son who has no restrictions, was not. Getting the error screen while queuing up at the title screen. Now, I can't even get into a game. I assumed it was some type of age restriction but he has no restrictions.

Having the same exact issue. My son has no age restriction limits but cannot play the game anymore. I can login to my profile and play just fine. I've gone as far as to adjusting his birth year in Microsoft Account settings to try to see if there was some weird glitch but as of yet, nothing is working. Frustrating.

I just chatted with support on this and they told me that my son's EA account didn't even exist. They couldn't find his Xbox Gamertag nor his email address. Furthermore, none of my kids are listed in the Family Management section in my EA account. What's weird is that I can still sign into his EA account with this email address, BUT it send the verification to my email address.
I think the issue is with the underage EA accounts being linked on the backend but Battlefield 6 doesn't recognize that. My son has been playing PvZ; Garden Warfare 2 for years with an EA account so I don't know why they can't see an account for him.
TLDR; "Further updates will be shared via our forums and also the Twitter channel. Please keep an eye on them for the new updates."

I honestly believe campaign has something to do with these undefine error crash. As mission 4 tends to be the mission i stop at when i have problems. IF not then its definitely EA side and their connection as I have done diagnostic possible for the ps5 and router. - SGTSAPPER12B203 days agoSeasoned Novice
Looks like we are all stuck in the same situation. The game will not connect to EA servers from the title screen only when using my sons account. I've tried adjusting his age restrictions and setting up another account but nothing works. I have purchase 2 copies of the game so we could play together but not it just seems like a huge waste of money. My error code is: error code 1:86001S:89001S:9C:-13561655840
Please post any updates

I am getting this error code as well, actually my son is. error code 1:86001s:89001s:9c:-13561655840 First we are on xbox. I own BF6 and my profile is launching fine. My son has been playing under his profile since launch. It' had been flawless. Once the REDSEC update dropped I can play on my profile. But his account is getting the error. I checked his clearances on my family account and he's greenlit(by me) to play anything. I have reset my modem, the xbox(a restart and a hard shutdown), also a wholesale reinstall of BF6. Nothing worked. Any tips would be appreciated. Also If I find anything I'll let you all know. I'm in the same boat as Ironheart UK.

So I did a test with my son’s account, to see if it was an age restriction. He is able to log in and play 2042 no issues. Just a Battlefield 6 issue. Frustrating, especially with no real official acknowledgement.
