False positive Battlefield 6 ban – Legit TCT gameplay flagged by mistake

Unfortunately there are hundreds of us on the same boat. They won't actually do an investigation. Most of us are on our 3rd appeal.

I know exactly how you feel, it’s really frustrating. My first appeal was denied as well, and it feels discouraging.  

I just hope that sharing my gameplay and explaining my situation can help in a manual review. It’s hard seeing so many players in the same boat, but I’m trying to stay hopeful

It's something that you'll need to try appealing with EA's Terms of Service team. I'm afraid that only they have the ability to review and remove bans. The guide below should let you contact them to begin the process.

ElliotLH​  yes i did about 2 hours ago, I'm sure my problem would be solved very easy just by checking my in-game stats since i know this has to be an automated ban, what really worries me is that i see lot of people in the forums complaining for the exactly same problem and saw a guy whose says hes been waiting for 5 days and no answer yet.

All you can do is wait to hear back from ToS about your specific ban, I'm afraid. Generally speaking, they respond within 10 working days, but it can be longer depending on other factors.

Just to reiterate for clarity: there is unfortunately nobody here who can review or remove a ban.

Same happened to me, no cheats used, no clue what triggered the Javelin system. 7 times my complaint was refused. It is unbelievable! ! Fighting 6 weeks now for my account. Seems to be a waste of my time
