Fix performance, fix hitreg + connection!!

Every uptade and to be honest, every single launch is just a gambe. You dont know if now your fps will be halved by some unknown reason, be it gpu or cpu issues on fault of the game or just the latest patch that kills your performance.  Additionally, you go into multiplayer or redsec and you fight someone and your gun shoots bullets, but there comes a second team or person, and suddenly you empty 500000000 bullets and the guy just doesnt go down, but proceeds to turn around and dematerialize your whole ancestry.  It is simply UNACCEPTABLE for this game to be out for a month and these issues to be present
