FPS drop, lag, high ms

Please help me fix this issue.

After the release of Season 3 I constanly have the issue I attached to this ticker email.

I tried to set all the settings to LOW, reset the WiFi and absolutely nothing helped.

Please tell me what to do or I will requare a REFUND!
