Friends can't lunch matcmaking with me in their party

Friends wich play on steam can't lunch matcmaking with me in their party who is on EAapp

I can only join them when they are in the game, wich is a problem, every time I have to face the long queue to play with them...

everything is up to date, I tried to repair the game a bunch of timeS but nothing changed.
