Game closes itself at different times on Xbox series X no error code

Hello! I’ve tried all solutions from ea help and I’ve scoured this forums, nothing seems to fix this 

there isn’t a specific thing that makes the game freeze, it could be in the loading screen or 3 minutes into a game looking at the floor

but then I could load it up again and drive a tank through a building or something massive and it won’t freeze

xbox clean, latest updates, 900mb internet wired connection

ea don’t have a fix for this apparently but it’s a global issue

bought the game through CD KEYS but because the game key was activated and enabled me to download the game I can’t get a refund from them
