Game doesn't work

I've tried all kinds of suggestions to get his damned game to work reliably but it just doesn't help. I have a PS5 and have been having black screen issues, game not loading, all sorts.  I've deleted the game, cleared the cache, re-booted, re-installed the game and I'm still having problems......

Well enough is enough. I am returning the game and getting a refund. I will not waste any more money or time on this garbage.  EA - stick it where the sun doesn't shine.....
