The problem appeared at first with 26.3.1, then I updated and the problem still occurred.

Thanks for trying. I was hoping it would be that simple. Obviously, that's not the case. Let's see if these help:

Try using just one monitor. Completely disconnect the second display. Disconnect it from your PC. For the primary monitor, test it with HDR off and set it to 120 Hz. If you still freeze, try 60 Hz.
As another test, disable FSR Frame Generation, FSR upscaling, Radeon Enhanced Sync, Anti-Lag, Boost, Record & Stream/Instant Replay and the Radeon overlay. Disable the Steam overlay temporarily.
Temporarily disable the Ryzen 9900X integrated Radeon GPU in the Device Manager or BIOS. You should only have the 9070 XT active.
Test using stock memory/CPU settings. Load BIOS defaults. Turn off EXP, PBO, Curve Optimizer and no undervolt/overclock.
It looks like there's a crash with FreemakeUtilsService.exe. Try disabling/uninstalling Freemake during testing as well as Armoury Crate/Aura utilities, capture software and any other overlays.

Tried that too, no result.
All of that is turned off, same result.
Did that before too, but the opposite (I disabled the iGPU months ago).
Same result. The only real change I have is running the ECO mode, and changing that back all time isn't possible because this game consumes far too much energy (+generates a lot of heat) without even needing it. I played for months on ECO mode without any impact on the game.
These tools do nothing, they are not automatically recording (it is for editing). I also disabled Radeon Replay and it still crashes.

The problem only appears since once of the S4 updates, and reading all these topics here, this must be a BF6 problem. I also tried deleting all caches related to BF6 and restarted the PC - no result.

  Have you tried rolling back the GPU driver? 25.9.1 might be more stable.
  
  It would be good to try updating Javelin. You can download it through this article for troubleshooting AntiCheat. When you run it, select BF6 and use update if it's available. Then reboot and try BF6 again.
