Game says "purchase to play"

Dont know what's happened to my game but for the last week or so every time I load up multiplayer is locked and in the in game menu in manage files it says "purchase to play" i have the full game (bought phantom edition on release) I have to keep deleting and reinstalling multiplayer and restoring the licence! EA live chat advisors have been 0 help 😂 anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it?
