Game shuts down like Alt F4

Can't even get connected to a game before it crashes right to my desktop. No error code just a crash like I pressed Alt F4. Game settings are on the lowest setting. I have ryzen 9 and a 5070. Everything was good for a few months now I cant play for more then 5 minutes without it crashing.
