Getting kicked after queue

I only play hardcore and there's like 1 server in EU. It has constant queues. I'm getting kicked to the main menu 90% of the time. I sometimes just sit there for 15 minutes just to be back in the main menu and do it all over again, to get kicked, again. And then it works, after literally hours wasted.

It's unacceptable. I can not play the game I paid 70 eur for. But hey, at least I can mash Esc and Space to get through your BS to GET to the main menu to my hearts content. Unbelievable.
