Hit a mine and was revived, the camera detached from me

I was in a jeep and hit a mine, got revived rpetty quickly by a teammate but the camera was stuck detached from me and without a HUD. attached is a tik tok video showing it:

This is the first and only occurance I have sen of this bug.
