I am suddenly crashing today after about 5 mins of gameplay? No Error messages.

I played for hours last night, played for a few hours this morning.. no issues. Now 5 mins into a game and I am just straight up crashing to desktop, no errors, nothing, everything just closes. The only change I made this morning was on my Western Digital NVME, on SanDisk dashboard was add my game folders to the auto game function.. not sure how that could have caused anything, documents did not get moved, everything seems fine.. Reinstalled / Repaired EA Anticheat.. but I am kinda stumped here. As I am typing this, I did not try clearing shader cache, if that doesn't work.. I dont have a clue. Any ideas? 

Yes, I am addicted, no I don't like touching grass... but I have never had a crashing problem until today?!?
