I cant hear anyone but they can hear me????????

Im on pc and my other friends are on xbox and ps5 they can hear me but i cant hear them and i can see there names pop up when they are talking but no voice sounds for me. they can hear one another but i cant please help with fix?

I'm having the exact same issue, only it started about a week ago. Up until this point everything was working great. I'm glad they seem to checking the forums at this point...what a waste of time and money.
