As soon as I try to join a multiplayer game (regardless of the mode, whether Quick Join or from the server list), the process starts, then a black screen appears, and I'm back at the main menu. This problem has been occurring for several days. I can't play the game. Everything is updated, error-free, and I've restarted multiple times. It simply doesn't work! I'm also missing content from the Phantom Edition. The bonus content hasn't been activated, even though I purchased it.
Is this the beginning of a Battlefield problem?
