Be aware that we cannot assist with account actions/bans etc here on the forum.
For appealing bans you will have to contact the EA ToS team:
If you believe that a sanction (Suspension/Ban) placed on your account was by mistake you should reach out to the Terms of Service team https://help.ea.com/za/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/
Please note I think it is great that people say my account got "Randomly" or "for no Reason" banned. Bans are neither for no reason or random, their is always a reason. However mistakes do happen so use the appeal process.

99% percent of the people banned for no reason is gameplay enhancement why you dont say that to ppl. there is a reason that for no reason you ban ppl for software ... ppl who never cheat but your stupid javelin team bans any kind of input software... and then we appeal and get bot answers and then have to wait 1 month to get the same ai answer..... in EU you are going tohave an issue cause you are ripping people off with 100 euro with your unclear TOS ... and of course you pocket our money and we wonder wtf happened..

I do not work for EA in any shape way or form.
Using third party software comes with risks and this is well known. Those that use such are putting their accounts at risk. If you/they do not read the terms and conditions concerning EA and Battlefield games, well that is not EA's fault.
Be assured that the answers from the ToS team are not Bots. They may use templates, but the answers are from real people.
