I purchased the pro battlepass and the rewards was not sent correctly.

I purchased the pro battlepass and
the rewards was not sent correctly. 
 All nonfree rewards before the level sixty-five was not sent to my accountant correctly, and they were not available at all. It severely affected my game experience since I can't get the rewards I paid. I'm still willing to purchase the following battlepass but I'm afraid that the bug may reoccur, so pls fix it and resent the items, Thank you.
