Javelin AntiCheat Error 95 – 0xB3829EB7DE50BDB7
Hi,
Battlefield 6 currently fails to launch on my PC because EA Javelin AntiCheat reports:
“EA Javelin Anticheat has detected an unacceptable configuration. Please ensure no cheat-related or tampering software is active and restart the game.”
Error / ExitType: 95
Error code: 0xB3829EB7DE50BDB7
The error occurs consistently and is still present after extensive troubleshooting.
System
- Windows 11
- AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D
- ASRock X570 Taichi
- 64 GB RAM
- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080
Troubleshooting already completed
- Performed a full Windows Clean Boot
- Disabled non-Microsoft background services
- Tested immediately after reboot without starting monitoring/tuning applications
- Checked for VPN and proxy software
- Get-VpnConnection shows no configured VPN connection
- Checked hidden network adapters – no TAP, Wintun, WireGuard, NordVPN, Proton VPN, etc. present
- Checked currently loaded third-party kernel drivers
- Removed an obsolete MSIO / MsIo64.sys driver and service
- Removed an obsolete cpuz161 kernel driver/service and disabled its remaining CPUID driver file
- Temporarily disabled NaturalPoint / TrackIR npusbio_x64.sys
- Rebooted and verified that the driver was no longer running
- Error 95 still occurred
- Temporarily disabled the pCloud cbfs20.sys file-system driver
- Rebooted and verified:
STATE : 1 STOPPED
- Error 95 still occurred
- Restored both npusbio and cbfs20 to their original startup configuration afterward
- Restarted Windows after every individual test
The remaining loaded third-party drivers are primarily normal AMD, Intel, NVIDIA, MediaTek and audio/device drivers.
Most importantly, the exact same Error 95 also occurs after a Clean Boot, which makes a normal background application conflict increasingly unlikely.
Request to EA / Javelin team
Could you please investigate whether there is currently a Javelin AntiCheat regression or compatibility issue causing Error 95 / ExitType 95?
It would also be extremely helpful if Javelin could expose the exact driver, service or process that triggers the “unacceptable configuration” detection.
At the moment the error only reports:
0xB3829EB7DE50BDB7
without identifying which component Javelin considers unacceptable. This makes troubleshooting unnecessarily difficult, especially after Clean Boot and individual kernel-driver testing have already failed to resolve the issue.
If required, I can provide DxDiag, MSInfo32, Event Viewer logs, the complete list of loaded kernel drivers and additional Javelin logs.
Is Error 95 / 0xB3829EB7DE50BDB7 currently a known issue, and is a Javelin update or hotfix being investigated?
