Latency and packet loss

I've been having the same issue. The BETA everything was fine... now from the second i load in to the second the game ends i get "Packet Loss" icon top left and then if i run i get "low ping" icon or whatever it is, idk. BUT, I can fly, I can drive, I can walk all pretty much just fine but the second i try to run and start shooting automatically my game gets rubberbandy and stutters(NOT FPS actually stutters the bullets). I've tried lowering my graphics despite my pc being well within range of ultra and probably overkill(haven't checked overkill specs so i cant say for sure; doesn't matter, I play on Ultra/Medium on most games any). It's been like this since launch, every day. I hope they fix it. I can only imagine it could have something to do with the amount of players in their servers. I suppose if that's the case it's not that bad for how worse it could be for all. Seems like the majority isn't having our issue :,)
