Map spawn selections?

Do you guys by chance have a timing and turn keeping or something that might make equipping flying vehicles more fair? And or derived by performance of flying vehicles?

I'd like to otherwise say "chances of equipping vehicle" to an actual selection of it before spawn... on the right hand side somewhere, that's be nice.. instead of rush clicking and perhaps ruining the UI which Segways to

Uhm... spawn UI is super glitchy or not smooth...
