MATCHMAKING ISSUES

PLEASE FIX THIS ANNOYING BUG. We paid $70 for this basic game to not work. My party of 4 are trying to join a game of casual breakthrough together for 15-20 minutes at a time with 2-3 of us getting in and one of us not. We have to back all out and try to rejoin over and over again. Tried with cross play on, cross play off, and yes we are all hardwired in with good internet connection.

I have same problem with 2 friends tried the same as yourself, 1 in 20 games we all get in and absolute game killer and they are not even admitting there is a problem saying its the console owners which is nonsense as every other game has no problems with party games,,,,i.e. the dreaded cod.
