Missing 1100 Credits from Buying Pro

So, I was given the S2 Regular Battle Pass due to the issues from S1 and when I logged in and saw that it was already active. So, I purchased the Pro Pass as I always do.

However, nothing was prorated or credited back. If you owned the regular season pass before buying Pro you're supposed to get 1100 credits back.

I submitted a ticket on this and was told the "team" is aware and working on a fix with no estimate on it.

My ticket was closed and nothing since.

For missing content issues, unfortunately, there isn't much we can handle through the forum, as only our support team can verify the account status and look into entitlement details.

If one of our advisors has already replied to you about this, it may still require a bit more patience. In the meantime, I will also try to get a better understanding of the situation.
