Missing 300 BP coins from S1

I myself purchased the Phantom Pro edition to begin and completed the S1 from there right from the start. It still shorted me the required coins and glitched. And EA seems useless to fix anything you tell them. Even the most simplest things like crediting an acct made up in game coins that literally costs the company NOTHING. It's only still short in S2 cause I refuse to pay anything to a company that does not provide services I have already paid for. I am not rewarding a company for scamming its users. No matter how small. Now your glitch technically screws me out of more weapon skins as you can preorder which I can't even do unless I grind through multiple paths in the BP before I can even buy again with the coins I do have. God **bleep** EA is so useless with support it is not even funny. The amount of EA staff that has been unable to help or accomplish anything at all is astonishing.
