Missing 5.11 Tactical skin after redeeming code on EA website.

Is anyone else missing their 5.11 Tactical Engineer skin for NATO? I have my code in my email as proof, and I even redeemed it to the account associated with it, and I still don't have it.

Same issue. I’m told it takes 24-48 hours but its been longer than that.

I was told to wait for 24-72 hours... I cannot believe we have to deal with this type of bs in 2026
