Were you able to get any help for solution? I don't know why EA Games are not helping to it's members of the community, always copy paste answers like as if I'm talking to a robot.
unfortunately even after the season 2 update still no rewards...., and indeed mailing has come to the same copy paste answer to wait and look out for tweets or forum posts that fixed it =/ So in short, nope no fixes and ive lowkey given up hope on this thing.
