I am formally requesting an escalation of this case to a senior support level.
This issue has remained unresolved for over 1.5 months despite multiple support contacts, live chat attempts, and forum posts. During this period, there has been no meaningful update, resolution, or clear communication regarding the status of the case.
This is a paid content delivery issue, and the continued lack of resolution exceeds a reasonable support timeframe.
At this point:
- The issue remains fully unresolved
- No effective corrective action has been taken
- There has been no transparent communication regarding progress
- I am requesting a full refund for this purchase due to non-delivery and failure of support resolution
Due to this situation, I also no longer intend to continue playing the game and will not recommend it to others.
Please escalate this case immediately to the appropriate senior team and provide a final resolution or refund decision without further delay.
