12 days agoSorry to hear you have had to contact the support team multiple times already. That is the correct route for a missing content issue, and I am sorry that posting on the forum cannot really offer more help here, as this is something only the support team can handle properly.
I did want to ask, though, why your communication was interrupted four times. If that issue is preventing the case from progressing, it may be worth addressing that first so support can assist you more effectively.
