I am contacting you again regarding missing items from the Unrestrained Hunter bundle in Battlefield 6.
This issue has been ongoing for over a month, and I have contacted support multiple times. However, my previous attempts failed because the live chat disconnected 4 times, preventing any real progress on my case.

Hi, just following up on this issue.
This has now been ongoing for nearly 2 months, and the case is currently under studio investigation.
Since only part of the bundle content was delivered, this appears to be a backend synchronization issue.
I would like to kindly ask if this can be reviewed for a manual grant or resync, as the missing items are still not available on my account.
Any update would be greatly appreciated.
