Update: I managed to chat with EA Help by selecting a different topic (Account Security). Unfortunately, there wasn’t much the advisor could do directly. The issue has now been forwarded to the Studio Mods / Developers.
I’ll keep this post updated if I receive any new information.

Tips:
- Use incognito/private mode
- Make sure to accept cookies
- Selecting a different support category may unlock chat
We likely need more than two reports for this to be treated as a valid complaint, so additional cases really matter.
I will search for the best way to get a group complaint; it is difficult with GDPR. By the way, all parties involved in this, our side, should be EU/EEA citizens or permanent residents.
