Same issue here. Going on 3 weeks without a fix. Crazy that multiplayer isnt automatically unlocked by purchasing the full game. EA support doesnt believe I have an active gamepass subscription despite proving it to them with sceeenshots from my Xbox account. If they cant see it, it doesnt exist. Dreadful support.
