My Content Is Gone

Well where should I start this..... Friday Im sat here waiting for 4pm to come and it went. No game.... 7 hours later the game started. I sat for 24 hours 15mins playing with my Phantom Edition and Tombstone skins No problem.... Until just my weapons wouldnt attatch the new upgrades to weapons i was using, then to make things worse i come out of a server then look at my set up and ALL my skins on the characters AND weapons have all vanished. No more Phantom skins no more anything with the road to bf6 skins including tombstone.....all the content is missing. 

i JUMPED INTO THE APP AND ITS CLEARLY SHOWING i HAVE PHANTOM EDITION BUT ITS NOT THERE??

Is anyone else had their £90 game tampered with and content removed for some weird reason.
