Firstly, I would recommend visiting one or two other internet cafés to see if they generate the same error. If not, the issue is specific to the hardware or software implementing Plug and Play functionality in your regular internet café. An effective way to determine this is to ask the café's network supervisor what hardware/software they recently installed, and if they can disable the device or Plug and Play functionality while you are playing Battlefield 6.
