I am having very similar issues on PC. Ping around 400-1200, stuttering and rubber banding around everywhere, and dying around corners. The game is unplayable for me. It's crazy that a new update can cause so much instability for people.

Such a small update too, I just don’t understand how changing a few minor issues has managed to ruin the entire experience. Hopefully there’s a fix soon but for now I’m just not gonna play unfortunately, it was the rpg not damaging tanks that finally did it for me.
