I have brought battlefield 6 through the Xbox online store.

I have no issue playing the game on my account, however when my son attempts to play the game on a shared account on the same Xbox I run into this issue.

I have followed old posts online, deleting the saved data, resetting the rota and now reinstalled the game but still have the issue after the “season 1 patch”
