I had the exact same problem, and I swear, I tried everything with no luck. The only thing that worked for me was going to the "COMMUNITY" and searching for a Conquest server with a good connection. Luckily, I was able to play without any problems afterward.

Some people suggested it's related to a CPU or RAM issue, but I'm not so sure. I think I would still be experiencing the problem in that case. Since I'm not, I believe it must be some kind of server or connection problem.
