Possible one of the solutions!--
As dumb as the tech nerd will say i may be here and i didnt beleive it my self. I thought id shoot the shot with a upgrade i needed to do anyway.
So,
i upgraded from 16gb 3200hz ram to 32gb. and it fully has fixed this issue . No longer getting the icons any lag or stutter in large scale maps. Not sure if this is a fix for everyone again been monitoring these forums since BETA & ive noticed some people have high amounts of ram and it still has this issue but maybe a upgrade is worth it.
Again before anyone comes at me i thought id share as its solved it for me after trying ever solution i could including the CFG.
