ALL, I had been struggling with these issues for weeks since the game came out, and I finally did something to fix it. REMOVE all overlays from the EA App (even if you have it on steam) AND remove FPS/CPU/Etc overlays. My Razer cortex overlay might have been the issue. The config fix did not really work for me but removing overlays did.
