Paid Rewards from Battle Pass Missing for 1 Month: EA Needs to Respond

It has now been over a month since this issue was first reported, and EA has neither resolved the problem nor provided affected customers with meaningful updates or remediation.

Battlefield 6 sold over seven million copies within its first three days of release, generating substantial revenue for EA. Beyond initial sales, additional income was obtained through the Battle Pass and Pro Edition-products advertised with specific, clearly stated rewards. A significant number of customers, however, have not received those promised items despite having paid in full.

The failure to provide purchased digital goods may constitute a breach of contract and potentially falls under deceptive or unfair business practices as defined in numerous consumer protection statutes. While technical issues can and do occur, EA's prolonged lack of acknowledgment, transparency, and corrective action raises serious concerns about the good-faith fulfillment of its obligations to paying customers.

Compounding this issue is EA's continued release of new character packs and game update during this period, while the matter affecting existing paying customers remains unaddressed. This pattern suggests a disregard for consumer rights and undermines trust in EA's marketplace practices.

 What the community needs most right now is simple: Acknowledgment and action.

Acknowledging the problem openly and letting affected customers know what's being done to fix it would go a long way toward rebuilding trust.

We're simply asking EA to recognize the issue, be transparent, and follow through before many customers start escalating this through consumer protection channels and payment providers.
