PC freezing after 10 minutes of playing since 4/16

Hi there. Thanks for the DxDiag. Here are some suggestions:

1. Use DDU in Safe Mode to remove your current Nvidia driver and use an older one instead
2. As a test, try disconnecting your second monitor. Only run the 144 Hz primary display
3. Disable Hardware Accelerated GUP Scheduling. This can be done at Windows Settings > System > Display > Graphics > Default graphics settings
4. Temporarily remove Razer Synapse, Try testing with the Tartaraus unplugged so that only the basic mouse and keyboard are attached
5. Disable any overlays. EA App, Nvidia/ShadowPlay, Discord, Steam, etc.
