PC loses visual and crashes, can't turn it off

Hi, I just recently did a couple of upgrades to my pc, I upgraded my CPU and my motherboard and everything else stayed the same. When I boot up battlefield, it would freeze up my PC to the point that I can't turn it off unless i unplug it from the power supply and it would give me a black screen. (in the since that my tv screen would lose signal and I would have no visual)

Like I thought my computer had a problem so I did took it to geek squad to have them take a look on my system but they said that everything within the PC is working perfectly fine and they tried a couple of things to see if it fixes it but the issue persists and its the only game that this is happening too and I did mention them about precision boost overdrive but they told me that they also tried that too and disabled it and it still would happen, I need help on this please

Specs: Ryzen 9 5900xt, gigabyte B550M Aorus elite AX, RTX 4070 12GB

The game is borked. VRAM is leaking and it's calling for FSR2 modules that aren't there.

Good news is your PC is fine. Bad news is the game is broken on EA's side and is unplayable.

Really, that's what geek squad was saying that it was a game issue but do you know if they brought this problem to their attention and there making an update to fix this problem?

And that's also weird because before those upgrades I had a Ryzen 7 5800xt and a MSI b550m-vc wifi and the rest the same parts and it worked fine

I have the same issue after the update. It's not your pc.
You don't have to unplug, just hold down the power button to turn off the pc. Don't do it too many times though because this can corrupt your OS file system and you'll have to either repair or reinstall Windows.
BF6 has been very unstable for me.  Good luck! Nothing in the latest update changelog mentions any bug or stability fixes. I'm just going to drop off this game till they address these issues.

They've known about it for at least 2 months because there's a post here where EA_Shepherd replied saying they were looking at it. He replied the other day saying they're still aware of it.

They have done nothing to sort it and PC players are leaving in their droves because it's basically unplayable

Everytime it happened I would press the power button to turn it off but it wouldn't turn off, so I would be forced to unplug the power supply

I just read the comment and it was recent to, this issue really makes the game unplayable is crazy and it's a very odd bug too but hopefully they fix it, I really don't want to drop the game because of it but they just did a recent update though so I don't know if that update address did or not but if possible let people know to post here about the issue to hopefully have all these black screen/PC freeze issues build up here
