Performance Issues on pc!

This has been driving me insane! Whenever i queue for Large Scale Battles (Escalation or Conquest) through the multiplayer tab. I get an extreme slowmotion feeling and the games starts to run badly and rubberband. Fps drops also, but just feels really clunky and slow. I have a RTX 3070 and AMD Ryzen 7. Nvidia app is full updated with drivers updated. If i optimize the game, it recommends ultra specs etc. Ive even tried to lower the settings and it does nothing. I can run TDM, STDM, and DOM fine through the multiplayer section. This literally only happens running through the Multiplayer tab or Custom search. If i find a game through portal with max players it will run fine. It has left me feeling so puzzled as this wasn't an issue with the beta but has been an issue for me since launch. Im not sure what else to do and there doesn't seem to be any word about a fix. I am pretty sure its not my internet as i am not lagging in other games and i am on a LAN connection.
